Also via WUS, I found a new company that is astonishingly open about component sourcing. I've been documenting sources for a while now, so hearing about Greve Uhrendesign
is wonderful.

Most excellent! I had most of those on my list already, but I'll add Estima and Ermano.
You know, for a watch review site, it took me a long time to get one posted that was written for this site.
Also added a new watch to the database, the Christopher Ward C20 Lido
Keepin' on, bit by bit...
I was reading RSS last night and found this review by GuitarAddict on WUS
. He also got an IWC 3568-02 (like me) and posted a very nice review with pictures after a week. Go have a read.![]()
This picture caught my eye:

Look how much easier it is to read the time on the IWC. The Rolex hands are much thinner against the dial, and the cyclops magnifier isn't helping either. I'm still working on my review, but I gotta say that the IWC is a lot more evolved of a dive watch design.

- Posted the Precista PRS-3 postmortem - nice watch, but not quite 'it'.
- Found a really nice site for just the IWC Ingenieur line
. Really well done, I would like it if there was something similar for the Aquatimer line as well.
- Posted the Prometheus Ocean Diver postmortem
- New watch vendors PJS
and TechnE
look interesting. - Via http://www.watchprojects.com/2010/09/14/introducing-few-watches/
, Few Watches
has a really cool Flash-based watch designer, a lot like 121 Time but less expensive.
The IWC is still stapled to my wrist. Absolutely loving it so far. As you can see, it's kid-proof, even for babies and toddlers too...
The other thing in this picture is legibility - fantastic! At this typical viewing distance, the time just leaps out at you.
Sayonara to the Marinemaster - Seiko SBDX001 postmortem. Enjoy!
